Rush Bowls Tenant Improvement

The Colorado-based blended fruit bowl chain opened its first location in Tucson in March of 2019. An old ice cream parlor was converted into a bright, modern restaurant space with materials and finishes selected to match the boldness of the menu’s flavors. The retail area boasts polished concrete floors, a geometric wood feature wall, and stained maple countertops. The kitchen and food prep areas include a walk-in freezer, refrigerator, and ice machine. A customer restroom was also added to the space.
