Pima County Procurement - Admin West 5th Floor

Durazo Construction recently completed a full remodel of Pima County’s Procurement Department Offices, a tenant improvement of the entire floor of the County’s Administration Building in downtown Tucson.  The project incorporated modern “cloud” ceilings over the building’s cast-in-place concrete structure and exposed ductwork.  The design highlights 3 light-filled open office spaces which are positioned at the ends of connecting hallways, creating a sense of openness among new individual offices.  A palette of accent colors bring vibrancy to the space and overall the project gives a modern take on the traditional downtown office.
