City of Tucson Development Services

Durazo Construction completed a full remodel of the City of Tucson’s Development Services Offices. The project consisted of the full demolition and tenant improvement of the 1st and 2nd floors of the City’s downtown offices.  The schedule was separated into two phases, with the ground floor being completed first and the 2nd floor following. The overall design concept was to create a bright, open floor plan with a modern feel. A glass storefront was installed on the ground floor to create the sense of openness to the public.
