Suvida Healthcare Centers

Tenant improvement for two new health center locations for Suvida Healthcare’s first locations in Tucson.  One location on the Southside and the other on the Westside of Tucson. Suvida is a primary care group that focuses on Hispanic adults and seniors.  The Tucson South location is 10,000 SF and Tucson West is 13,000 SF.  Both renovations included lobby/welcome space, conference rooms, exam rooms, nurses station, a provider hub, breakrooms, ultrasound room, administration offices and a community room.
